TATTOO POLICIES
To keep appointments running smoothly and make sure every client receives the time and attention they deserve, please review the following policies before booking.
DEPOSITS
A deposit is required for all tattoo appointments and is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
Deposits are non-refundable.
You are allowed one reschedule as long as at least 48 hours' notice is provided.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit before rebooking.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time and ready for your appointment.
A late fee may apply if you arrive late. Depending on how late you are and the amount of time reserved for your tattoo, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If the appointment must be rescheduled due to excessive lateness, a new deposit may be required.
AGE & IDENTIFICATION
You must have a valid photo ID at the time of your appointment.
Clients ages 16–17 must have the required parental/guardian consent form signed and must meet all applicable identification and consent requirements.
No ID = no tattoo.
DESIGN CHANGES
Please communicate major design changes before your appointment. Significant last-minute changes may require additional drawing time, a price adjustment, or rescheduling.
Small adjustments can usually be made at the appointment at the artist's discretion.
APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
Please arrive clean, sober, hydrated, and having eaten beforehand.
For everyone's safety:
Do not arrive under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Please notify your artist ahead of time if you have any condition, allergy, medication, or other circumstance that could affect the tattooing or healing process.
Appointments may be refused or rescheduled if tattooing cannot be performed safely.
GUESTS
Please limit guests unless approved by the artist beforehand. The tattoo area needs to remain clean, safe, and distraction-free.
PRICING
Tattoo pricing is based on factors including size, placement, detail, design time, and the amount of time required to complete the tattoo.
Any price provided before the appointment is an estimate unless specifically stated otherwise. Major changes to the design, size, or placement may change the final price.
ARTIST'S RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
The artist reserves the right to refuse or stop service when necessary, including for unsafe behavior, harassment, intoxication, inappropriate conduct, or failure to follow studio policies.
AFTERCARE
TOUCH-UPS
Touch-up policies may vary depending on the tattoo and how it heals. Touch-ups needed because of improper aftercare, picking, excessive sun exposure, or failure to follow aftercare instructions may be subject to an additional charge.
Proper aftercare is extremely important. You will receive aftercare instructions following your tattoo. Once you leave the studio, you are responsible for following those instructions and properly caring for your tattoo while it heals.
By booking an appointment and paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
